1939 – Graduated from Azerbaijan State Art College in Baku
1940 – Entered V.I. Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute
1941 – Returned to Baku due to the commencement of World War II and began teaching at the Art College in Baku
1959 – Awarded the Order of Honor
1960 – Honorary Artist of Azerbaijan
1965-1977 – Worked as chief painter at Sh. Gurbanov Musical Comedy Theatre
1967 – People�s Artist of Azerbaijan
1982-2007 – Worked as a teacher until the end of his days; Head of a Chair at Azerbaijan State University of Art and Culture; Professor at Azerbaijan State Art Academy.
1998 – Awarded the Order of Glory
Beyukaga Mirzazadeh�s works are housed in the Artists Union of Azerbaijan; the National Art Museum of Azerbaijan; the Baku Modern Art Museum; the State Tretyakov gallery, and in private collections in Azerbaijan and abroad.
Beyukaga Mirzazadeh died in Baku on 3 November, 2007.
